Your privacy choices

Use Analytics settings at the bottom of a page to accept or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting or closing the first notice leaves analytics off. Closing settings later does not change an existing choice.

Rejecting analytics stops this integration's future collection and removes its first-party analytics cookies from this browser. It does not delete information already received by Google. Your saved plan remains available.

Advertising consent is separate from analytics consent. When advertising is introduced, eligible visitors will receive Google's certified consent message and persistent controls for changing their advertising choices. Those advertising controls are not active yet.

Optional Google Analytics

After you accept, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and limited feature use: starting or completing the Finder, opening a shop page or map link, and saving or removing a shop. These events may include a public shop identifier. Google processes browser identifiers, device and browser information, session and engagement information, and approximate location derived from the internet connection.

We do not send your individual Finder answers, dietary preferences, generated Finder result, search text, full saved-plan list, name, email address or other information you type through this analytics integration. Reported page addresses omit query strings and fragments. We suppress referral addresses and campaign values in analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalization through this analytics integration are off.

We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days, then ask again. If a new choice cannot be saved, analytics stays off on that page. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies and local storage

• Optional analytics cookies: first-party cookies beginning with rm_ga are used only after acceptance, with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days without extending expiry on each visit. Browsers may shorten it.
• Privacy preferences: local storage records your analytics choice, its date and notice version so we can respect it.
• Features you use: saved shops, trip plans, phrase bookmarks, learning progress and quest progress may be stored in this browser. They remain separate from analytics and can be removed through the relevant feature or the browser's site-data controls.
• Finder and filters: answers are processed in the page. A link to the shop finder may include a selected style and an avoid-pork preference to show a useful warning. Our analytics excludes these URL values.

Local feature data remains until you remove it or your browser clears it. Sharing or exporting a plan creates a copy you control; removing the local original does not remove copies already shared.

Advertising and third parties

Current status: this site does not load an AdSense advertising tag or serve third-party ads. The information below explains the intended advertising service; it will be activated only after the site and consent setup are ready.

If Google AdSense is activated, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver and measure advertisements, limit repeated ads and prevent fraud. Where allowed by your choices and applicable rules, they may also use information about visits to this and other sites to personalize advertising. Non-personalized ads can still involve cookies or other processing.

EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland

Before advertising is enabled, we will configure Google's certified consent management platform with consent, refusal and preference-management choices. Eligible visitors will be able to revisit those choices using the advertising privacy link. An analytics choice on this site will not be treated as advertising consent.

United States

Before advertising is enabled, we will configure Google's US state privacy message for supported states, including its “Do not sell or share my personal information” option. We will review applicable opt-out and Global Privacy Control handling as part of activation. No advertising opt-out is currently needed for an ad service on this version because no advertising tag is loaded.

Hosting, external services and international processing

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Delivering and securing a page involves technical requests such as the IP address, requested resource and browser information; the hosting provider may retain service logs under its policies. This delivery is separate from optional analytics.

Messages sent to our contact address pass through Cloudflare Email Routing and are forwarded to a Google Gmail inbox managed by the operator. These providers process the message content, sender address and delivery information to route, secure and store correspondence. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Our service providers may process information outside your country under their service terms and applicable transfer safeguards. Links to maps, official tourism sites and other websites lead to services with their own policies. Ordinary outbound requests may include this site's origin, but our referrer policy omits the page path, query and fragment. External services may still receive the destination address and your connection information.

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to answer, investigate a correction or handle your request. Please share only what is necessary. We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or complain to a relevant supervisory authority. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Local browser data is controlled from your device.

We update this policy when the site's data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
